About Liz Cameron
hi, my name is Elizabeth Cameron. People like to call me liz.
I have lived in Columbia, Lexington, West Columbia and Chapin SC over the years. I first came to Columbia, SC when I studied my Master degree in Accounting in University of South Carolina. The southern hospitality and friendship deeply impressed me and I decided to stay in South Carolina after graduation. Columbia is like my own home. I love the people, the weather and the area.
After graduation from University of South Carolina, I spent couple years working in accounting firm to do tax planning for clients as tax accountant. Then I spent years as a financial manager for an import and export company.
Real estate always intrigued me, especially the investment part of it. The return of the asset, the return of the equity, numbers are always exciting. I started to buy foreclosure homes to fix it and rent to clients. Before long, I got my real estate license and my mortgage license. The understanding of the finance helps me to provide client better understandings of different loan products, how to improve their credits. It also helps my client to buy investment properties.
I have helped many relocation clients move to Columbia, SC area. We can provide both short term or long term lease properties to clients to stay before they decide to buy the right home for them.
